# Solstice AI Studio

> Arachne shows how AI sees a brand: where it appears, who is recommended instead, which sources are observed, how the brand is described, and what to improve. It measures how AI agents continue from recommendation through connection, action, completion, and governance.

## What Arachne measures

AI agents increasingly choose products and run tasks for users. Arachne
measures each stage of that experience on independent evidence:

- FOUND: do agents surface the business as relevant?
- UNDERSTOOD: do they describe its identity, category, and capabilities correctly?
- SELECTED: do they choose it over alternatives?
- CONNECTED: can the intended capability resolve to a machine-actionable interface?
- INVOKED: was it actually called (or correctly blocked)?
- COMPLETED: did the task reach its expected outcome?
- GOVERNED: did policy, approvals, and audit behave correctly?

Measurements use repeated experiments with sample sizes and confidence
intervals; untested stages are reported as untested, never as failure.
Structural readiness (does the site expose machine-readable interfaces?) is
one separate input. AI Search Intelligence measures observed mentions,
citations, recommendations, defensible rank, share of voice, competition,
sentiment/framing heuristics, prompts, sources, trends, and drift. It enriches
FOUND, UNDERSTOOD, and SELECTED only; later funnel semantics are unchanged.

Unavailable evidence is never serialized as zero. Prose without defensible
ordering is UNRANKED, not rank 0. Ambiguous entities are excluded from metric
denominators. Sentiment and framing are explicitly lexical heuristics.

## Agent interface philosophy

Arachne does not treat any single protocol as the definition of agent
readiness. Different businesses may expose capabilities through MCP, WebMCP,
A2A, OpenAPI, ARD-discovered resources, structured web interfaces, or commerce
protocols. Arachne evaluates the complete path from discovery through governed
completion.

## Product output

Protocol-agnostic agent interface planning and compilation from normalized
capabilities, including standards-based discovery artifacts and hosted
MCP/OpenAPI where appropriate.

Methodology and limitations are documented in our Agent Visibility
methodology notes; measurements are always labeled by provider mode
(live, API-simulated recommendation, manual observation, replay, demo).

The web was built for human eyeballs. Agents need a different front door.
