6. Arachne and Agent-Readiness Scans

When you submit a website URL to Arachne, Solstice AI Studio may scan publicly accessible pages, metadata, structured data, sitemap files, robots.txt, llms.txt, OpenAPI references, JSON-LD, forms, and related public signals to generate an agent-readiness score, report, or Shadow API preview.

Arachne does not log into private accounts, bypass access controls, defeat paywalls, or perform write actions on a website without authorization.

For paid reports or hosted Shadow API services, Arachne may generate and store related artifacts such as readiness scores, scan metadata, normalized capabilities, evidence maps, risk profiles, action registries, MCP tool definitions, drift-monitoring records, usage logs, capability-token events, and audit records.

We use this information to provide the Arachne service, generate reports, operate hosted Shadow APIs, monitor interface drift, enforce policy controls, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve service reliability.

Customer websites and customer-provided materials remain the property of the customer. Solstice AI Studio does not sell customer scan data or use customer-submitted website data to train public AI models.

Arachne is designed to create an agent-facing interface beside a customer's existing website. Customer websites remain customer-owned. Generated artifacts, logs, and reports are used to provide, secure, audit, and improve the Arachne service.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Boop product is designed for use by children under parental supervision. We comply with COPPA requirements and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
